AI-powered global recruiting SaaS startup TalentSeeker (CEO: Woosik Na) announced on the 25th that it has secured over 200 corporate clients within just nine months of its official launch.
TalentSeeker, which officially launched in November 2024, had already signed up 100 clients by March 2025—just four months later. By August, that number had doubled to 200, demonstrating a rare growth trajectory in the HR SaaS market and reflecting the strong demand from companies pursuing AI transformation.
The company provides a generative AI recruiting agent that analyzes job fit, career cycles, and project experience simply by uploading a job description (JD), then recommends the most suitable candidates. The platform also automates outreach by sending AI-personalized email sequences, helping employers establish and manage candidate engagement. As a result, hiring lead times are shortened and candidate response rates increase by up to threefold.
CEO Woosik Na stated: “The fact that so many companies adopted TalentSeeker in such a short period shows that AI transformation (AX) in HR has truly begun. Going forward, we will expand our global talent database so that more enterprises can experience outbound recruiting innovation, including engagement with passive candidates.”
